All CDs will be shipped either Priority Mail USPS (United States Postal Service), Express Mail USPS, or GPM (Global Priority Mail), except for countries that do not offer GPM. If you have a request like Federal Express, or UPS, please e-mail us immediately and we can process your order for you and charge you the additional shipping.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All defective CDs may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges is at customer's expense. A new CD will be mailed to customer at our expense. No cash refunds.

Downloads - There are no refunds or credits on download purchases unless you have made an error on duplicating the order.
